Driver’s age:
Minimum age limit is 23 years and maximum 75.

Driving license:
The renter must have held a driving license for at least 2 years. For renters who have a driving license
from a country outside the EU, it is also necessary to have an International Driving Permit (Excluding
residents of the United States of America, Australia, Canada or the United Kingdom). The same applies
to those whose driving license does not include Latin or Greek characters and therefore is not readable.
Category AM, A1, A2, A license from 23 years old
Category B license from 26 years old
In some countries they drive category AM with category B whenever it is valid from 23 years old.

Rental period:
The minimum rental period is 1 day. The mopeds must be returned by 7:00 PM or the next day by
10:00 AM.
Agreement:
With this agreement, Spetses moto rent rents to the undersigned lessee the vehicle described on page 1
of the agreement. The rental terms contained in this agreement have been read and accepted by the
lessee.
Insurance:
All mopeds have full third party insurance coverage. The insurance covers only the driver whose name
is written on the rental agreement. Medical coverage is not provided for the driver or co-driver.
The lessee is responsible for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to the rented motorcycle up to the
amount of its commercial value at the time of the accident/theft.

Violations:
The renter must comply with the European and Greek traffic laws.
A ring road is in force on the island that does not allow vehicles to pass within certain hours
(information is provided at our office).
The summonses and fines for administrative violations are the responsibility of the renter.
Deliveries – Collections:
They are made at the central office, at the port and at the accommodations within our operating hours.
Outside of operating hours, delivery and collection is possible only after consultation.

Payment:
Payment is made in cash, debit or credit card, iris and paypal.
Advance payments as well as the total amount of the contract after payment are not refundable.

Restrictions:
The customer is not entitled to drive outside the boundaries of the island of Spetses.

Road safety:
We provide helmets for all riders for safety reasons. According to the European and Greek traffic laws.,
the lessee is responsible for any failure to use a helmet.

Obligations:
The vehicle is delivered full of gasoline and returned full of gasoline. The lessee pays for the fuel
consumed and is obliged to return the vehicle in the same fuel condition as when it was received.

Damage:
Damage to any part of the vehicle caused by a violation of European and Greek traffic laws (e.g.
driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper use, etc.) is not covered by any insurance and
is paid by the lessee, regardless of the cost of the repair.

Roadside assistance:
Roadside assistance is provided only within the boundaries of the island.
Extension of the rental period:
If you wish to extend the rental period, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the end of the rental
period.

Late return:
If you do not return the moped at the specified return time that has expired, you will be charged a full
day of rental. If your delay causes the next customer to postpone or lose their rental reservation, you
will be charged compensation equal to that customer’s lost rental. After the rental period ends, you are
both civilly and criminally liable for illegal use and possession of the moped.
In case the vehicle is returned early, there is no refund or any kind of compensation.
Loss of keys upon delivery:
The renter is charged the commercial value of the keys
The lessor has the right to cancel this contract at the renter’s expense, at any time if it detects misuse of
the vehicle
